Description

The MRS Re­al­izer was cre­ated as a de­sign tool with graph­i­cal user in­ter­face to sup­port easy and quick pro­gram­ming of the fol­low­ing con­troller prod­ucts:

• Micro PLC
• Controller M1
• Controller M3
• Controller M4
• Proportional amplifier

Function

MRS Re­al­izer uses the ex­ist­ing, ex­ter­nal prod­uct con­tacts for pro­gram­ming which elim­i­nates the need to re­move or open the prod­uct hous­ing. Its graph­i­cal de­vel­op­ment en­vi­ron­ment also in­cludes a set of pre-de­fined stan­dard func­tions like:

• Timer relay
• Impulse relay
• Toggle relay
• Voltage monitor
• Frequency monitor
• Flasher

These pre­set func­tions can be loaded and their pa­ra­me­ters can be mod­i­fied as re­quired. The easy-to-use Z-graph in­ter­face also al­lows cre­ating your own ap­pli­ca­tion-specific pro­grams which is fur­ther sup­ported by a li­brary of graph­i­cal func­tion blocks (based on IEC61131). The ad­van­tage is that in-depth pro­gram­ming skills are not re­quired. A basic un­der­stand­ing of dig­i­tal tech­nol­ogy is suf­fi­cient to cre­ate pro­fes­sional pro­grams with the MRS Re­al­izer.
